SIPNOSIS: El malvado Fu-Manchú pretende dominar el mundo desde su palacio en China. Para ello persigue acabar con todos los jefes de policía mundiales creando dobles de ellos y obligándoles a matar. De ese modo, sus dobles serán ajusticiados en los distintos países sin que nadie sepa que no son en realidad quienes parecen. Después, sólo tendrá que eliminar a sus verdaderos enemigos, entre los cuales destaca el comisario de Scotland Yard Nayland Smith. (DECINE21)
