(...) narrado en flashback, cuenta la historia de una joven adolescente la cuala mientras trabaja como dama de compañía de una condesa es seducida por el hijo de ésta; cuando la condesa descubre la relación amorosa que mantiene con su hijo, está será despedida inmediatamente sin saber ambos, madre e hijo, que la joven está embarazada.
La joven será rescatada de las calles por un malhechor y a partir de entonces, ella solamente tendrá deseos de venganza ( “vendetta” que dicen los italianos ); aprovechándose de la situación, el malhechor la utilizará para sacar provecho de su antiguo amor.

Restoration of the film, which was done by Bologna Cinema Archive in 1994, has all of its usual problems: wrong order of scenes, unsynchronized subtitles (which are also mirrored), artifacts from small pieces of tape that stuck during scanning and, of course, the «brand style» of Bologna Archive – overlapping cuts.
I corrected the defects, where possible. I used black frames to remove stutters and to restore the rhythm of montage.
