Sinopsis: En 1899 una labriega alemana queda embarazada mientras esconde a un ladrón de la policía. En 1942, en Danzig, un año después del fracasado golpe de estado de Hitler, nace Oscar. Los tiempos que corren no son del agrado de Oscar, que cuenta únicamente con tres años, por lo que decide dejar de crecer, provocando un accidente con el que consigue su propósito. No sólo es el día en que toma la decisión de dejar de crecer, sino que recibe su primer tambor de hojalata, objeto que habrá de convertirse en compañero inseparable para el resto de sus días, Desde ese momento su existencia estará marcada por su extraordinaria lucidez mental, que no física, y por los dramáticos acontecimientos que tendrán lugar en su país y el resto del mundo.Pasan los años y conserva su estatura de niño, y tocando su tambor puntea rítmicamente todos los acontecimientos, grandes y pequeños, que rodean su existencia. Oscar pone el mundo patas arriba y se desprende alegremente de cualquier responsabilidad, pero sin poder escapar de las terribles cuestiones del sexo y la muerte.

Un niño nace en la ciudad alemana de Danzig en 1924. Enseguida comienza a demostrar que es extraordinariamente precoz. Cuando cumple tres años, decide dejar de crecer, al mismo tiempo que le regalan un tambor que le habían prometido al nacer. Pasan los años y, a pesar de que madura, sigue teniendo el mismo aspecto físico. Con su tambor, le pone ritmo a los trágicos acontecimientos históricos que contempla.

La mejor película de Volker Schlöndorff, uno de los representantes del movimiento conocido como 'Nuevo Cine Alemán'. Consiguió la Palma de Oro en el Festival de Cannes y el Oscar a la mejor película extranjera en 1979. The intense and visceral Tin Drum was one of the most financially successful German films of the 1970s and won the 1979 Oscar for Best Foreign Film and the 1979 Golden Palm (which it shared with Apocalypse Now). Shot on location in Poland, Germany, and France, the film mixes the palpable reality of ordinary life in prewar and World War II Danzig with the surreal, innocent perspective of stunted boy/man Oskar as he raises instinctive hell against the horrors he witnesses, first in his family and then as the Nazis take over his hometown. Reaching the heights of comedy in a chaotic Nazi rally and the depths of tragedy during the Danzig post-office siege, Oskar's incessant drum-beating and glass-shattering shriek become a powerful, if futile, protest. ahunda ha contestado en FH que no hay subs. Lo cierto es que la he traído porque se trata de una versión más larga (20 minutos) y de buena calidad, y con vistas a que salgan otras ediciones y con ellas unos subtítulos.
Tu verás si merece la pena extraer los subs para sordos en alemán; adaptar y traducir las nuevas secuencias me parece a priori complejo (mi alemán no pasa de "prosit" y "achtung!"), pero cosas más difíciles se han visto.

Añadidos subtítulos en alemán y una nueva versión BRRip.
El MiniSd de TLF ya no lo estoy compartiendo porque cuenta con muchas fuentes y tenía que liberar espacio en el HD.
Si se quedara seco, dad un toque por aquí y lo vuelvo a cargar en el incoming.
