Tras postear en FH el rip que hice en dual, lo cual he hecho ya muchas veces, y despues de que algunos foreros que casualmente también lo son de DXC postearan dando las gracias, una tal Sonic999 posteó esto.

No es tan sólo que criticara el dual (que por cierto hasta la fecha era el de más calidad posteado de esta película) sino que arremetía con los foreros de DXC por postear los agradecimientos. Yo le contesté diciendo que mi rip era uno mas de tantos y que si no le gustaba que no lo pinchara. A partir de ahí empezó a despotricar acerca de la calidad de los rips duales y de que no era normal en FH postear este tipo de rips. Incluso varios foreros de FH como Unskinnyboy, Count Zero y Eselworx le hicieron ver que tan sólo se trata de colaborar.

My point is, these guys know that there's far better rips with just eng audio, so if some of their users prefer eng audio then why the heck do they choose to release yet another unnecessary rip when there's a good one already out, or soon to come (and we all know it)? In the spanish community the opinion is divided: those who like dubbed movies, and those who like subs... I didn't know there was a third group so important that needed dual rips and liked to watch the movie twice, once in spanish and once in english.
And sure, they can do whatever they want with oldies... nobody gives a damn about those movies.

That's the point, always sitting and waiting what other people may do. Never try to help, or try to do something by oneself, just claim against other people do while you just sit tight for everything. Adding Dual mode:
Nobody's forced to rip movies, seems that is only forced to rip the way you like (a nadie se le obliga a ripear películas, tan sólo se ve obligado a ripear como a tí te guste)
And mind you, there's something called "free rip". One can rip one wants, and if you don`t like it sorry about it (y enterate, hay algo que se llama ripeo "comomedalagana" (free translation) y si no te gusta lo siento.
I'll go and rip what I wanted and when I wanted if rules of this web allow that and I will dedicate my next dual rip to you (así que voy a ripear lo que quiera, cuando quiera si las reglas de esta web me lo permiten y te lo dedicaré "con todo mi cariño" :love: (very free translation).

IIRC the only standard concerning audio is: Releases have to have the original audio. So dual audio is perfectly fine ok?

I think so, yes. IMHO free speech shouldn't be taken as an excuse for simply bashing somebody else's work out of no substantial reason.

No, video quality mostly depends on bitrate. And btw "dual" isn't limited to English/Spanish. You're not going to start bitching about commentary tracks next, are you?
