There isn't any info about this short on the internet. Given that it's barely 6 minutes long (the rest is credits), it's probably easier to view it than to review it.
Nevertheless, if you really insist, here is a short spoiler. The story in the spoiler is actually much more detailed than the short itself, which leaves a lot untold. - Rita is a beautiful doctor working in the city hospital who's long been in love with Grigoriy. Unfortunately, Grigoriy is married and the lack of affordable housing options prevents him from getting a divorce and reuniting with Rita. One sunny spring day, upset Grigoriy shows up at the hospital with the news of his mother's death. Rita, who used to work with his mother and knew her quite well, is naturally distressed too but, at the same time, she's also excited - Grirogiy's mother lived in her own apartment and now their lives could change. Meanwhile, Grigoriy asks Rita to fill out his mother's death certificate...

This is my rip. The quality is very average for a DVD rip but blame the russian label that issued the DVD for that - the .VOB itself is of the same size as this rip and comes in the incredible resolution of 352x480 :whip:
