Hermina Tyrlova --- Short Works Vol.1 and Vol.2

With Jiri Trnka and Karel Zeman, Hermina Tyrlova was also one of the pioneers of Czech animation. She was born in 1900 and began her film career in the 1920s with trick films and animated commercials. After World War II, she concentrated on puppet films for children. Her films include "Ferda the Ant" (1944), "Revolt of the Toys" (1947), "Lullaby" (1948), "The Taming of the Dragon" (1953), "Goldilocks" (1956), "The Inquisitive Letter" (1961), "The Wooly Tale" (1964), "The Snowman" (1966), and "The Glass Whistle" (1970). In her most recent films she has used child actors along with the puppets.

Hermina Tyrlova was the founder of puppet film production at Zlin (Gottwaldow) studios. She made several series of fairytales, and in her later films drew more on reality, creating a new world of animated objects, often combining puppet animation, live child actors, and special effects. Her pioneering films were well received at festivals all over the world, and Tyrlova encouraged many new talents, her "The Revolt of the Toys" (1947) is the first "Toy Story" ever made.

There are too many dialogues or there are silent shorts? No subs if case 1?

Mostly are no dialogues just music, but still several (1 or 2, i think..) shorts have a few dialogs, just very few.

my dvdbox only include japanese and chinese subs.

about specs: it's 128kbps 48khz mp3 audio and 1537 kps divx video codec and 29fps, quality is no problem.

Pues como es logico, solo una, la de Auess, que es quien lanza el ripeo, a mí me aparece en mi dulce mulita, ten paciencía, tarde o temprano te aparecerá. A mí de momento me aparecen 6 fuentes.

Toda la razón, hay 6 fuentes. Han tardado en llegar pero ahí están. Estoy desde el curro y tengo LowID ya que hay un firewall al que no tengo acceso. Será por eso....
