Muchas gracias, foggphileas. Me resulta muy útil e interesante, sobre todo en este momento.
Te animaría a que al título del post le añadieras VOSE, para que la gente sepa que hay subtítulos en español (porque yo al leer el título pensé que no los tendría).

Estupenda guia para practicar la meditación.... Pesa mucho para los escasos 28 minutos que dura, pero para los aficionados a este tipo de técnicas es magnífico...
