Evocation du maître en occultisme britannique, Aleister Crowley (1875-1947) à travers les dessins, peintures et objets réalisés par lui ou sur lui, provenant des collections de Keith Richmond, Jimmy Page et Ondo Templi Orientis International. Le titre est une référence à un gros titre infamant du Sunday Express dénonçant Crowley ainsi qu’un jeu de mots sur le double sens de "hang", pendre et suspendre (ses tableaux).
