Sinopsis: Una película en la que se abordan temas ideológicos, políticos y sociales, de manera analítica y reflexiva. Los actores representan a estudiantes influenciados por los cambios culturales y sociales de la época, el contexto ideológico de los movimientos políticos de la izquierda francesa, así como el ejemplo de la Revolución Cultural China a la que el título hace referencia. La película transcurre en un momento contemporáneo al de su realización (1967), un año antes de mayo del 68.

Synopsis: A political film about young revolutionaries in Paris. Set in contemporary Paris and taking place in a small apartment, the film is structured as a series of personal and ideological dialogues dramatizing the interactions of five French students — three young men and two young women — belonging to a radical Maoist groupuscle called the "Aden Arabie Cell".
