Hi koki, be careful speaking Spanish to me: you may get misinterpreted (But, seriously, it's good that I am getting to read Spanish at this site. It gives me a chance to practice languages...)

I presume you're asking about the subs and extras on the Japanese DVD... The thing is that it doesn't have any extras, and only Japanese subs. The other subs I've released have been assembled from the various sources I got handy... The only good thing about the Japanese DVD is the film transfer quality (and it's damn expensive -- good I didn't have to pay for it... )

Downloading, of course...

Actually, I just bumped online into a Japanese guy who had the DVD. So I asked him if he could upload it, and he did.

The image on the Japanese DVD is quite sharp (given the age of the movie), but it's slightly grainy, the colors are washed out and there is a reddish cast. I've tried to correct for these shortcomings at the time of encoding. Hopefully, I've done it alright...

Hey, Faeton! Actually, the language in The Color of Pomegranates is most certainly NOT Russian. If it were Russian, maybe Paradjanov wouldn't have been sent to jail... It's likely to be in Armenian, and may have some Georgian too. I am not quite sure about the details...

In any case, thanks a lot for assembling the Spanish subs. They've helped me a lot with preparing the high quality rip.

Básicamente son los tiempos de los ingleses y el texto, cuando era posible, de los españoles de Faeton para la otra versión (que dicho sea de paso, es más completa). Lamentablemente faltan cosas (rezos, cánticos) que en ninguno se traducen.

Por cierto, me extraña ser el único al que no le iban coordinados los subs españoles del segundo cd, pero así era. Se solucionaba retrasando algo todos los subs del segundo cd. Si a alguien más le sucede y le interesan mis subs, los subo a extratitles.
