Playing in a seedy Bowery bar to a small group of fellow struggling musicians, the band struck a chord of disharmony that rocked the foundation of the mid-'70s music scene. This quartet of unlikely rock stars traveled across the country and around the world connecting with the disenfranchised everywhere, while sparking a movement that would resonate with two generations of outcasts across the globe. Although the band never reached the top of the Billboard charts, it managed to endure by maintaining a rigorous touring schedule for 22 years.

Yep, this is THE clamorous classic, the notous re-release of The Germs first ever shambolic set at The Whiskey in L.A. in '77... it's a slamfest slab of musical meal which has statistically stood the test-tubes of time and still blasts aching eardrums into the next audiosphere... a sonic swirl of punk n' roll rowdiness that has wreaked a world of catatonic contentment upon my ears of which I hanevn't experienced since the last time a bare-buttock nekkid gal expressed her vocal pleasure due to my peverse prowess... wheeeee, sayeth me! I raucously recommend "Germicide" as an insurgent auditory introduction to all things punk, belligerent, and anti-socially unacceptable... buy this, and become a victim of The Germs!

impresionante documental, lo pincharía, pero verlo sin subtitulos es tarea imposible, a no ser que tu nivel de inglis pitinglis sea altísimo, es una declaración detrás de otra, cuando lo vi yo, el encargado de los subtitulos se volvía loco porque tenía que darle al botón a la velocidad de la luz y se le desincronizaban, de hecho, lo único que se le podría echar en cara es que suenan poco LOS TEMAZOS, pero es que hay muchas historias que contar, yo estoy esperando el montaje largo para dvd je je jehurdygurdy escribió:Ramones: End of the Century
