Yo iria con cuidado con el método que comenta vertigo, y más haciéndolo público, ya que usar un mismo nick 2 personas distintas está prohibido en FH, y se banearia a ese usuario.

Venga K.S. no asustes a los niños, que también descargarse películas de la Red es pecado y aún es más difícil entrar en la Masonería o el Opus Night y hay gente que ha entrado.

Y ya que hilas tan fino, verás como en este mismo hilo se publicó un username y un password para que la gente entrara directamente a SuegraHeaven y no recuerdo que mostraras tantos escrúpulos.

Pues ya que tienes un corazón tan duro para esta pobre gente que quiere ir al Paraíso aunque sea de gorra, aquí va otro método. ¿Saben cómo se obtienen passwords para páginas adultas de pago? ¿Verdad que no? Pues eso...

Fileheaven Forum Rules

04/08/2004, a new set of rules and guidelines has been implemented at Fileheaven (as announced here). Please take your time and read them well, because they are effective immediately, and not knowing about them might cause some confusion that can easily be avoided. All sections that have had their rules updated are mentioned below.

1. General
1.1 The official language is English.
1.2 Keep the focus: Topics / Posts outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved, locked or simply be deleted.
1.3 Be nice to each other, avoid flaming and respect the moderator. Profanity and insults will not be tolerated. If you have a problem with another member, a decision or whatever, turn to the respective moderator and if the moderator can't help you send a private message to TurnIP, Garandou or Triaxos.
1.4 Do not spam. No cross posting. No blatant advertising. No selling or trading.
1.5 Don't misuse the html-function in your posts.
1.6 Don't use big pictures in your signature/Avatar. Avatar size limit=120*120 pixels, filesize < 24 kb. Signature size limit=700*120 pixels (120 pixels ~ 8 lines of text) and less than 50kb filesize.
1.7 Use a title that describes the content of your post. Don't use all caps or special characters to draw attention.
1.8 Don't post just to increase your number of posts. The number of posts on this board has no direct relation to the experience of a member.
1.9 No details of privatelife are to be posted.
1.10 Multiple registrations are prohibited.
1.11 Don't post serials or keys. You can post a link to a text file, that contains it.
1.12 No politics or religion

2. Newbies
2.1 Read the Forum Rules. Good Smile
2.2 Read the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), before asking a question.
2.3 Read the Stickys / Announcements of the section before posting.
2.3 Do some searching before asking a question.
2.4 Respect the netiquette: Lurk and get to know the forum before you post.

3. Additional rules for the general sections (new)
3.1 The general sections (Smalltalk, Maniacs Inn and Fileheaven.org) are where people meet to discuss forum matters, movies & music and trivia. They have played an important part in building the FH community and will continue to do so. In contrast to the other sections there are no specific guidelines for the general sections, which means you can post pretty much anything you like. Occasionally a user (mis)interprets this freedom as a right to start flaming or insulting other users.
This is not acceptable behaviour.

3.2 Sanctions
Until now, the only thing the moderators could do in the event of users behaving unacceptably was to edit/lock threads (which doesn't really solve the problem) or ban the user (which we don't like to do).

To fill this gap a warning system is now introduced. It works like this: If a user misbehaves, he/she gets a warning. After three warnings, the user is restricted from posting in the general sections for a month. He/she can still read the section. We believe in second chances, so after the 1-month period, the user start with a clean sheet. Furthermore, warnings expire after a month.

Q: So what kind of behavioiur is considered 'bad'?

Q: How do I know if a user has been warned or temporarily restricted from posting?
A: You don't. We respect the user's privacy, so only the moderators will have this information. All communication about the warning system will be resolved by PM.

Q: How about banning?
A: We hope this will not be necessary with the new system. However, if a user continues to break forum rules, he/she will be banned and you will be informed about it.


4. Releases
4.1 Only post releases in the appropriate sections. Don't post for an example a release in a request thread, only the link to the release thread.
4.2 This forum is organized in a way that it doesn't need [REL] or [REQ] anywhere, so don't use them.
4.3 Please include always the relevant filesharing links and don't just link to other sites.

5. Changes for the release-sections (new)
5.1 Changes for Movie Releases
We now have 7 sections:

- MPEG <2000
- MPEG >2000
- Lesser Quality
- Unverified
- SVCD
- DVD-R
- Requests


You can see that the LQ & Unverified section has been split. The Unverified section contains releases for which no specs are available, because the source is unknown and nobody has been able to download it yet. The LQ section contains releases from non-DVD sources (laserdisc, VHS, DVB etc) as well as DVD-rips that have (an) obvious flaw(s). Don't let the title of this section fool you: some VHS rips have really good quality, whereas the picture quality of a DVD can occasionally be poor. But some kind of subdivision is needed to help you find the rip you're looking for. Ideally, the LQ section will mostly contain rare movies for which no DVD exists, and the MPEG sections will contain only high quality DVD-rips.

Q: What is quality?
A: There are various 'quality standards' in use by release groups, but not all of them make a lot of sense. Therefore we have defined our own standard. Read it here.

Q: My release on which I spent a whole evening has been moved to LQ. Are you telling me I suck?
A: No. The FH Quality Standard is high because we love movies. Don't be discouraged if your first release doesn't work out perfectly. We all make mistakes and we try to learn from them. There are a lot of users who are more than willing to help you out when you are having problems with ripping/encoding, so don't hesitate to ask!


5.2 Changes for Apps/Games
This section is still being discussed. As a temporary measure, we ask you not to post any Microsoft applications or games.

Y ya que hilas tan fino, verás como en este mismo hilo se publicó un username y un password para que la gente entrara directamente a SuegraHeaven y no recuerdo que mostraras tantos escrúpulos.

Keyser no mostró tantos escrúpulos porque fue un propio administrador de Fileheaven el que lo hizo, concretamente Triaxos, posteando en este hilo para decir que el uso múltiple de un nick estaba prohibido.

Vamos, amigos Xaniox y Keyser, que ya parecéis casi de la SGAE. Y sois vosotros mismos los que estáis dando una importancia a Archivito del Cielo, que parece que fuera el Paraíso. Y claro que sé que solamente controlando la IP address se puede saber cuántas personas usan un username y un password, pero no creáis que es tan fácil, sobre todo cuando el que te lo envía, te dice que está hasta hasta los p.h. de esa comunidad tan gringa y que lo aproveches.

Aquí lo que sucede es que hay un grupo de gente interesada por muchas razones en tener acceso a descargas específicamente americanas y personas como Triaxos dan la callada por respuesta cuando les escribes, que parece que Fileheaven sea el chalet secreto de EYES WIDE SHUT, donde unos tíos con capucha se beneficiaban a mozas sin escrúpulos.

Eso sí, este hilo ha servido para algo: para que alguien me facilitara el ingreso. Por eso, si hay algún/a cinéfilo/a compasivo/a tengo 3 amigos más en lista de espera.

Hombre, yo a Fileheaven le doy la importancia justa que tiene: es una web donde puedo conseguir bastantes cosas que me interesan y ya está. Quizá el que le da más importancia de la que tiene seas tú, ya que cada cierto tiempo y en diferentes hilos de este foro te pones a darle vueltas a algo que tiene una explicación bastante simple.

Aquí lo que sucede es que hay un grupo de gente interesada por muchas razones en tener acceso a descargas específicamente americanas...

Eso que dices tiene muy poco sentido. Si fuera una web privada de descargas te lo admito, pero tienes que recordar que todo lo que allí se publica está a tu entera disposición independientemente de que estés registrado o no.

...y personas como Triaxos dan la callada por respuesta cuando les escribes, que parece que Fileheaven sea el chalet secreto de EYES WIDE SHUT, donde unos tíos con capucha se beneficiaban a mozas sin escrúpulos.

Conozco varios casos de gente de aquí que consiguió registrarse por mediación de Triaxos cuando ya estaba el registro deshabilitado y personalmente puedo decir que siempre me atendió cuando lo necesité.

Sí que estaba interesado en tener acceso a FH, porque claro que se puede encontrar todo en Emule (faltaría plus), pero por favor no simplifiques: Emule está lleno de fakes y mucho más ahora que no funciona la web asociada a EMUGLE (Donkey fakes). Trata de buscar LITTLE BABY de Louis Malle y te encontrarás con una catarada de videos pederastas y demás e igual pasa con muchas películas. No es lo mismo que venir a DC o FH y hacer click en un link, sobre todo cuando además te incluyen capturas, AR, bitrate y una información detallada.

Y ¿por qué estando uno en DC- donde le tratan a uno con tanto cariño y están abiertos siempre a cualquier sugerencia- se necesita visitar también FH? Pues porque hay gente que se desenvuelve bien en otros idiomas y desea multiplicar sus fuentes de búsqueda.

Y este hilo por lo que a mi toca también lo cierro por aquí, que ya veo que acabaré como culpable hasta de la muerte de Manolete.

Será Pretty Baby, claro está. Para usar cualquier buscador solo hay tener un mínimo de sentido común:

Si en el buscador de la mula aparte de poner sólo Pretty Baby le añades el año de la película y restringes la búsqueda a vídeos la catarata se queda en un simple chorrito...

Lo de los fakes en el eMule, a estas alturas, es algo que ya está bastante superado (creo que existe un hilo aquí en el foro donde se comentó)

Yo no he dicho que 15 páginas se deban a ti, Vertigo, sólo que lo del tema Fileheaven ha sido muy recurrente por tu parte en varias ocasiones y que aún sigo sin entender el porqué cuando es una web de e-links como otra cualquiera como ya dije antes.

Hay que ver lo que da de sí el hilo de una página con el registro cerrado. Me pregunto si habrá por ahí algún en el que nos dediquen a DXC un hilo de 16 páginas por tener el registro cerrado

Como ya dije en algún punto del hilo, ahí americanos (USA) hay más bien pocos. Pese a ser de ámbito mundial (lo cual es seguramente su mejor baza), lo considero un foro eminentemente europeo. Yo al menos no me siento fuera de lugar.

Como ya dije en algún punto del hilo, ahí americanos (USA) hay más bien pocos. Pese a ser de ámbito mundial (lo cual es seguramente su mejor baza), lo considero un foro eminentemente europeo. Yo al menos no me siento fuera de lugar.

Cierto, lo que abunda es gente de europa.. solo hay que entrar en la sección de documentales y ver como la mayoría llevan el Sello de la BBC o alguna otra cadena inglesa.. y la mayoría se salen... Cuando TVE hará cosas así?

El titulo de este está bien. Con eso nos ahorramos tener que responder: esta abierto el registro? Cuando se abra, ya se avisará.

Sobre lo de crear otro hilo, tenemos la política de tener 1 hilo por web. En ese hilo pueden ir todos los avisos.
