The story of a tief told in confidence relates the events of a recent night when, driving round the city streers in a stolen taxi, he encounters a wounded teenage girl, the survivor of a violent incident.

In a night time, urban, setting, "Taxi, an encounter" tells a small, intimate story set against the counterpoint between individual survival and solidarity with others, expressed trough the bond that develops between these two human beings and which to some extent tempers the neglect and desolation in which they live.
