Concert footage includes: Terrible lie, Piggy, Down in it, March of the Pigs, Wish, Hurt w/David Bowie & Something I Can Never Have
Comentarios:
As a NIN fan, you will Love and Respect Closure(Halo 12). One reason, Trent Reznor is a very discreet man and he's not very public. You don't get to see much on NIN behind the scenes. If you haven't had the pleasure of seeing NIN live, you will love Closure. Video #1 is a documentary of the guys at work on their Self Destruct Tour dated 1994-1998. Most of the footage seems to be 1994-1996. It has great Concert and behind the scenes footage. It does have a lot of flashing lights and it tends to jump around alot, but this is NIN we're talking about. It's nice to see Trent, Robin, Chris, Danny and the other guys doing their jobs.

Comentarios:
Here we are, 7 years down the road from the break-up of Siouxsie and the banshees. The journey has been filled with both pleasure and pain, a lot like this DVD. On one hand you have had some of the creatures (siouxsie's home away from the banshees and joint avenue with husband/drummer budgie) best music. On the other hand she has had 7 years of mainly touring, and not singing many banshees tunes in the past 7 years. The DVD starts out with an almost pointless intro song (pure) of siouxsie ooohing and awwwing. Then the show pics up with a strong performance of Jigsaw feeling, which is pretty well done. Through out this show, you have your ups and your downs. But one thing we must admit is that Siouxsie's stage presence is strong and almost better then any show ever caught on tape. The years have been kind to her looks, but sadly not her voice. There are the pros of this show such as Metal postcard, icon, red light, night shift, and an amazing cover of the Beatles blue jay way. One thing is undeniable, Siouxsie is an undying and strong figure and influence in the world of music. The banshees have left a mark on many artist in todays industry, and will continue to make an impact since the 29 years they have been making music unlike any other band

Live in Brazil 1963
Rhino |
a review
Amazon.com
O Genio: Live in Brazil 1963 is a fairly astonishing document, and an invaluable addition to the catalog of one the great artists of the 20th Century. Here's Ray Charles, "O Genio" ("The Genius" in Portuguese), 32 years old and in his absolute prime, a few years after he essentially "invented" soul music with his classic Atlantic Records recordings and just a year after he'd transformed popular music again with Modern Sounds in Country and Western Music. The DVD finds Charles and his orchestra performing two full sets in Sao Paulo; both are in black and white and contain many of the same songs (although for some reason the sound and visual quality of the first set is far superior to that of the second). And what songs they are. When a guy opens his set with one of his biggest hits, "What'd I Say," you know you're in for something special. And Charles doesn't disappoint, drawing on the all aspects of his repertoire, including some C&W (only Ray Charles could turn the hokey "You Are My Sunshine" into a funky, swinging affair), blues ("In the Evening (When the Sun Goes Down)"), and jazz ("Birth of a Band" and Bobby Timmons's classic "Moanin'," both instrumentals, are among the highlights), in addition to "Hit the Road Jack," Hallelujah I Love Her So," and other Charles standards. The band includes saxophonist David "Fathead" Newman and Margie Hendrix, perhaps the greatest Raelette of all, but the star of this show is Ray Charles, and O Genio: Live in Brazil 1963 is a wonderful opportunity to experience the master at work. --Sam Graham
I've released the first set. Video bitrate might seem low, i thought so when checking the settings before ripping. But i gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised with the results afterwards. The audio is the DVD ac3 unmodified, just demuxed and stuck.

Buenas.

-Despedida
